It's super freakin' modern, and with an amazing view, and good use of space. Super nice. Only problem is is that it's not that big (still big obviously, but not for the price, not at all). You're really just paying for the location, view which I honestly would love waking up to, oh my would I, and the gym (I love working out). Worth 27.3 million? If you're worth 100 million than of course.

not worth 27.3 million but I guess if you have 27.3 million to spend on a mediocre apartment it doesn't even matter lol. Not to say the apartment sucks. But for 27.3 million I'd expect something I've never seen before.

Nice kitchen.  Nice living room.  Nice bedrooms.  What are the taxes and building fees?  Been living on the streets for 40 years.  That kitchen and bathroom sure looks nice.

Why would someone buy this when you could get a 10, 000 sqft mansion in a guard-gated community in Vegas for ~$5mil?

No home is worth that. I'd rather put that money in some investment.
