Best advice i've taken from this video 'enjoy the moment'. i've actually set up a goal for myself at the beginning of this year to 'enjoy the now' and to 'enjoy the journey'. As medical students, we often get so caught up about the future and our end goal to the point that we completely forget the present moment. Thanks for sharing your experience with us 🤩!

The cool thing about the STEM field is that it is continuously growing and evolving. People are always continuously getting more educated or training in their respective field which keeps things interesting but is also very fulfilling. The journey is always more enjoyable than the destination.
