People in comments saying Indians aren't racists are bullshitting. I'm an indian have been called what not by fellow indian strangers on road because of my looks, in a derogatory way. It has affected many people like me n from very young age.

See, people in general think of themselves as kings in their territories and look down upon others who are different be it race or sexual orientation or economic status. But a good human being is the one who at least intentionally don't make others go through situations which he himself doesn't wish to be in.
