This is my favorite melee in the game. Its like a glaive... but it can actually be used in melee.

You have to try this with a heavy attack setup. Not because it kills faster but because it brings back the Tenno Space Program. They will be ejected if not off the map then at the very least into the ceiling where they will get stuck in the geometry and die because the game itself said "Yeah, nah, I'm just gonna Old Yeller ya now..."

This is a high maintenance build for Wolf Sledge, with little payoff. This weapon is supposed to be built as a crit heavy attack weapon. Your damage numbers are literally 1/1000th of what they easily could be. 3k damage at 12 combo multiplier vs 3 million damage at 0. Not even a competition.

Wolf Sledge is top ten melee weapons in Warframe, no question. And with a +CC +CD -x Riven, it makes top 5. You should definitely revisit it. Give it a fair go, and a fair review.

I love this hammer. I have a 5 Forma setup on it with double Umbra mods, Blood Rush, Amalgam OS, and a bajillion million Cold damage. Does as much damage as if you threw a freaking planet at the enemies…

let's not forget...that you can stand on a high place, in open world, as ivara, YEET the hammer, take control of it, and then fly the hammer to a place across the entire map, following a waypoint or the like, and delete a peon who is literally A MILE A WAY!

you should try building for blast with melee afflictions. constant big booms everywhere because the explosion has a knockdown

I remember when nightwave first got revealed and farming the event to get this thing I dubbed it as "Valkyr's Trophy" as I was and still tend to main Valkyr and while this hammer somewhat fell off after all the melee nerfs and whatnot I still love this thing and use it on occasions especially since I have a riven for this thing

Might I recommend the Arca Titron?.

The slam attacks from the weapon have innate electric procs.

Paired with the Crushing Ruin Stance giving you slam attacks that DONT consume stacks of its unique "slam capacitor" effect the weapon gets pretty silly very quickly.

This thing instantly deletes a whole room of lvl 225 corrupted heavy gunner eximus units in one toss once the counter is wound up, so it is kind of hard to test the nuances. But one thing I disagree with here is that you want the electricity procs to be super dominant. Influence triggers for 20 seconds, so a better measure of the correct balance would be how quickly it reprocs again after it runs out and/or the expected uptime percentage. If the down time is just a few seconds on average that is all you need, so here you are decreasing your status probability and damage for no real reason. It just demonstrably works better with the status as high as possible, and the electricity slightly BELOW the other element.

It totally fits with the lore, but for some reason I never noticed before today that the hammer contact surface actually appears to be a grineer faceplate/mask. Maybe the Wolf got it off the first prison guard he murdered! 😂

This is a case where I'd consider the non-tennokai exilus mods such as Guardian Derision. 30% chance to increase combo count while blocking might assist in keeping up the combo count, for example.

Since you like throwing stuff so much, you should try Sigma & Octantis, which has a throwable shield!
