My favourite theory is about Peter Pan. The theory is that Peter Pan abducts children, and when they get too old, he kills them (hence why they "never grow up") and Captain hook is in fact a lost boy who escaped, and all his pirate crew are children he saved before Peter Pan killed them. Ultimately, Captain Hook is the good guy trying to stop Peter, but Peter brainwashes the kids he abducts and convinces them Hook is the bad guy/to fear him.

Well, you can say that Fairy Oddparents is quite depressing considering that the main reason Timmy has Cosmo and Wanda is because his parents are two massive neglectful turds.

My theory: Timmy Turner was being constantly abused by his alcoholic father, Spongbob Squarepants, after his mother, Angelica, was horrifically murdered by his uncle, Winnie the Pooh, so he imagined the universes of Pokemon, The Incredibles, and Codename Kids Next Door to cope with the loss of his friend Buzz Lightyear to cancer.
