O MG! Thank you for bringing so much joy and satisfaction to my painting journey. I was ready to give up and sell my supplies. Everything that says beginner is way too advanced for me, but now I have a teacher. I am so happy.❤

Thanks for sharing this lesson. I have been practicing watercolors for about 3 years. I try to avoid drawing. Your lesson kinda helped with perspective.😊

I love how you break down the drawing of the folded petals! You made it so simple and easy to understand. I have been painting loose florals in watercolor for a solid 2 years and have started to learn how to draw florals to level up my watercolor paintings. This was a great step by step! I'm so glad I found you! Can't wait to see more! ❤🎉

I am always so encouraged by artists who say they are self taught. I felt for so long that I could not consider myself an artist unless I had a college degree in art. This said, I have taken numerous workshops and courses throughout the years and actually sell some of my paintings. I began my art making and recognition when I was a young child and never stopped learning. I’ve gone through many mediums, now that I am retired and have downsized to just graphite sketches and watercolors. I love your teaching technique and follow you and other presenters. I am so grateful for the things I have learned from so many. I finally do identify myself as an artist. Thank you for all that you do. My art has grown so much as well as my confidence in showing my art. Thank you for the validation.

I’m loving learning from u Alex. I’m from Ireland and I’m a complete beginner. I’m doing this for my mental health and also my physical health is rubbish particularly my back so I’m practicing and watching tutorials every day. So good for the soul.

Using the dark marker was perfect. I could actually see the lines, it made it more understandable.

I’m so pleased to see your endless supply of palettes with paint on - I have the same (happy) problem. You’ve given me th elides to use up those paints for some bookmarks I have planned and maybe I’ll even be able to wash up and clean up some of those palettes 😂. Can’t bear the thought of wasting all that beautiful paint.

Thank you! This was very helpful in learning how to draw flowers fron the side and having the back and side petals look realistic. 😊

Excellant drawing lessons. For me, I've taken up using watercolor pencils to draw the items. Using the closest colors needed for that item. No erasing... Water applies the pencil colors...

I have learned more in watching two of your tutorials than I learned in the past 4 years of watching various other artist's tutorials. You've given me new hope! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am so excited and beyond thrilled to have found your site. I have been trying to draw & watercolor for the last year. Making progress but I love that you include all of the steps and break it down. Please don't change your teaching style - it is absolutely wonderful!
