Tbf, It is EXTREMELY hard to go to space. I would brag about that too. You have to be close to a perfect human mentally and physically. They look at your genetics, how you communicate with others and teamwork skills, scientific abilities, ability to problem solve, if you lead an athletic lifestyle, experience, etc. You have to be exceptionally smart and very fit! It is hard to become an astronaut. I remember doing a project on finding astronauts for my biology course and I was so shocked at the qualifications needed. I had astronauts become disqualified for my project because of the health of their parents and grandparents, certain social media posts, not working out enough, their diet, etc.
