Eight players ejected after scuffle breaks out in Kentucky-Florida | ESPN College Basketball

Take a closer look as eight players were ejected in the SEC women's tournament when a scuffle broke out after Florida's Tatyana Wyche chucked the ball at Kentucky's Ajae Petty during the Kentucky-Florida game. The game was delayed over 20 minutes.

Her throw was so off she almost hit her own teammate that was about 12 feet from the intended target 😂

This is so embarrassing. Not only was she off on her throw by a mile from short distance but the other player was completely unbothered

Never mind the lousy throw. Let me say something about the professionalism of the head referee. Sorry that I didn’t catch her name, but the way that she took charge, assessed the situation ad handed out infractions properly with a great explanation, was simply great officiating. Hats off to her and her officiating team.

You can't even say, "well, she was just passing it back off a rebound and accidentally hit her in the face with the ball". She looked directly at her and still threw it in her face. That was intentional.

Funny that Petty didn't get ejected since she was the one that started it all. This was the second time in the game that Petty hit Wyche in the face.
