Your timing is impeccable! I have developed severe GERD at the thoracic inlet and my breathing is all kinds of messed up. I’ve been trying to explain this to my doctors and they keep looking at me like I’m crazy. Please do another video on ways to correct this problem. Thanks again for your perfect timing!

Acid reflux absolutely interferes with my breathing.

You could actually hyperventilate from just a couple of extra breaths per minute. It's important to keep your mouth closed and breathe in and out through your nose.

A Soviet doctor, Konstantin Buteyko, created the therapeutic Buteyko breathing technique (BBT) in the 1950s. He talks about it, Why we actually need Carbon Dioxide.

Thank you so much Dr Berg I have this and it’s absolutely horrible, it’s very much like hyperventilating and it’s scary . I seem to get mine when I’m in bed so that makes sense with the reflux. When I first noticed it I thought there was something really wrong with me. You are amazing and have explained so many health problems that no other Dr has been able to do for me. Thank you so much 😊 ❤

That happens to me and it's extremely annoying, I didn't know it was caused by acid reflux!

One time, I couldn't breathe as I was lacking air or so, and then my acid reflux shot upward, and I could breathe again. So acid reflux wasn't all bad as it saved my life.

Would like to see a video on being in rooms with 1500ppm of co2 for multiple hours a day. Co2 outside is about 300-400ppm.
