We head over to the MXGP Honda HRC Factory Racing Team's pit to learn more about Tim Gajser's CRF450RW. Unlike the US bikes, the MXGP machines don't have a production rule and can have more unique and exotic parts on them. While this is the case with most factory bikes, getting factory team personnel to tell us what is really on the bike is a different story.

So glad that U.S publications are starting to take notice of MXGP lately because the racing this year has been amazing!!! Although not the best day for Gasjer in Spain on the weekend few mistakes but still got the podium!!!!

It sounds like a chill team, half of the things are "Tim Likes this" so we have this in the bike, so he wins championships lol

To convert the new ones to trails, have they done any improvements? The last few years, they where bulky heavy, and you are worn out in a hour of riding the Honda 450s.

Great" in depth" explanations here....🤷‍♂️. We have a tire here. An exhaust over here. A brake here and here. 🤦‍♂️ MXGP so secretive. 😆

MXGP teams are so stingy with their details about their bikes, very secretive. They don’t tell us anything we don’t already know by just taking a look at the bike! I would love to know about the works stuff due to the non production rule! Works transmissions, cranks, cams, suspension, ignitions, frame, swingarm the race fuel they use etc. These bikes are super trick, I understand the mechanic can’t say certain things due to contract but come on….. What’s the point doing the vid then? we all know there’s goodies inside!

If Honda made a 2 stroke id totally buy one. I guess Yamaha is definitely getting my business lol.

My neighbors cousins girlfriends brother got a 1991 cr500 and he put race gas and racing spark plug and a LECTRON carb and FMF pipe and he porteded it himself with a stone on a cordless drill and that thing RiPzzz. He can do wheelies all the way from maple street all the way to the circle K and he raced a quesadilla (the fastest machine known to man) until now because he bet him a six pack of Colt he could beat him to the circle K and he shut that junk quad right down haha. So don't think this 450 is fast cause it's not but it's ok for trails because it's a farter 4 stroke Honda should pay my neighbors cousins girlfriends brother to race his 500 but they are going to have to come up with big cash because his f350 has a bad transmission from whomping and he needs money. Just so you know

The Factory Frame Welds are a bit Fugly! My Old '05 Crf450 has Neater Welding! Maybe if the Welds were Neat, You Wouldn't Know it was Factory!😆

Ugly ass welds for a factory bike. Must have been fabricated by Mr Magoo!
