One of the world’s rarest pigs can only be found on Jeju Island in South Korea, making the island famous for its beautifully marbled black pork. Thanks to the unique climate in the mountains, the meat develops a distinct flavor and a high-quality fat marbling, making every bite as juicy as can be. Those who handle this rare delicacy on the island are meticulous with every step of the process, from dry-aging to cooking.

Watch the journey from farm to table — where farmers, butchers, and chefs work together to produce this local specialty.

Sounds like you were paid to say this, “up to one week” dry aging…come on man that sounds ridiculous

Ocean salt over mountain salt... As soon as that was said I knew part of this was overpriced. Salt is salt, don't take my word for it but take Ethan c. or your old science text book
