If I am writing an anecdote during pervasive writing, do I have to write from the perspective of myself or can I write from the perspective of someone else to make it more convincing? For example, if I were writing about children needing to sleep and I am writing an anecdote, can I pretend to be a teacher speaking during my anecdote to make myself seem more credible and convincing?
