I contradict in your first point: Yes a car is expensive, but it is a really good buy. It makes you independent from public transport and you can drive when you want where you want. You are not restricted to a public transport schedule and it does not have to worry you, when the government enacts that public transport shall only be used by people who are vaccinated or tested. So it is a kind of consume expense that I'm really glad of, because it makes me more independant.

I agree with you about 99% regarding this video in relationship to warranties. Back in the 90s circuit city was a huge electronic store and they love to push warranties extensions and I found out why they did that because the sales person made a commission.However back in 2019 when I got my iPhone I purchase their Apple care warranty and I’m glad I did because two years later about a month before the warranty ended my phone had to be replaced so the warranty cost me $200 for AppleCare but if I had to replace that phone or should I say if I had to buy a new phone to replace the old one unit it would cost anywhere from $800-$900.

How do you lose money on investments? Trading? Bad decisions? I am holding ETFs, Shares and Cryptocurrencies for a couple of years now and my worst position is at +17%. If you have the patience and the nerves for the ups and downs it can be so easy.

You can go buy a car but it has to be cheap, reliable and can be paided in full so there is not monthly payments. if you don't drive it often you can turn it into an asset like renting it out to people who need one. Then your car won't become a liability.

Seriously, loosing money through investments is one topic that needs emphasis. I have deprived myself of so many luxuries. Worked hard and Saved for months, only to loose all my money in investments. This is so heartbreaking.

Hence, i am never investing in what i am not a co pilot.
