That Norwood Director looks a lot like a Sekonic meter because it is. When Norwood packed it in, Sekonic started making the meter and has ever since. The Weston Master series of meters are very easy to use and accurate if they work, but 50-60 years later it's hard to find a working unit. (If you're really motivated, they can be rebuilt for about $50.) As you note, a modern meter has a range of use and features which cannot be matched by the oldy-goldy ones.

I HAVE AN OLDER ONE THAN ANY OF YOURS MADE IN GERMANY, I CAN NOT FIND ANY PHOTOS TO COMPARE IT WITH EVEN. SORRY ABOUT CAPS LOCK. IT LOOKS LIKE A CAMERA ALMOST AND HAS A ROLLING DOOR LIKE A BREAD BOX OR ROLL TOP DESK.

Have you ever heard of an LRE exposure meter, and would happen to know what battery it uses? You're kinda my last hope.
