Now a days all flats have Sun Protection, Rain Protection in Rooftop.

Sir, I have option between 8th top floor and 3rd floor in mohali. My dilemma is that the unit which is on top floor I.e. 8th has ample sunlight and ventilation whereas 3rd floor unit is north facing which has good ventilation but no sunlight. Pls advise what to choose between them.
