I wanted to say there's an extra characteristic of this update, at least in bedrock (where we recently received the maze and the last trial chambers update)

It's the villager trade rebalancing... That allows villagers to make better trades AND sell some things to the wandering trader, like 4 backed potatoes for an emerald .

I haven't seen anyone talking about that, and it might be interesting
