My OBS Settings:
Canvas - 1280x720

Output - 1280x720

Filter - Bilinear (Since we're not scaling)
Bitrate - 6000
Encoder - AMD H264

Preset - Balanced

H265 (HEVC) is better for recording.
Easier to encode, lower file sizes and better quality on lower bitrates.
Just check if it's compatible with your edit software. Not everything supports it.
