Drill powered Disc sander | DIY Homemade sanding machine

I made my own disc sander using drill machine. It's very helpful to sand corners of any wood block.
Things I have used for this project:
-old ply wood
-sand paper
-sanding disc
-long bolts and nuts
-and drilling machine

This is very cool Vits!! very useful. Thanks for sharing.
Only thing is sticking the sandpaper to the rotating disk, as you know the sandpaper wear out quickly and u always need to use 2 different grit size to make a smooth finish. any thoughts on this.

Did similar yesterday. Think it works great but the noise is huge. Think its because the wood resonates drills saund and also as the plywood disk is not perfectly midle it vibrates more. But hey, thanks for the great instruction!
