Glad you are reading so many diverse authors. N.K. Jemisin is another fantasy/science fiction author you should read. Her Broken Earth, Dreamblood, and Great Cities series are particularly great. There's also Jim Butcher's Dresden Files which are urban fantasy detective novels that are good quick reads if you want to take a break between epic sagas, but they still manage to tell an interesting continuing story.

I think you would like the game of thrones series (to be honest I have never read the book I've only watched a few seasons of the show)

Mistborn is such a good series. The last book in the first trilogy is my favourite book of all time. I think you might really like it. If you end up liking game of thrones, i would suggest reading any book by joe abercrombie, they are similar and so good

I don't know if you have ever read Robert McCammon. Given your love of Stephen King, I think he would be an excellent fit for you. "Swan Song", The Matthew Corbett Series, "Boy's Life" (my fave), "The Five", "The Listener"...all very good books..He has written a substantial number of excellent books. Worth a try when you get the time in your very busy life. Happy reading!

I’m reading game of thrones currently I started it 6 months ago and put it down for the institute by Stephen king. Re picked it up 100 pages in and I’m on page 130 now and it eats every chapter. I can’t put it down now just make sure it’s the only thing your reading since it’s filled with a lot of information each chapter.
