Soft Boiled Eggs

This video is part of my distance learning class for my Chefs II students. In this video, I will demonstrate how to make a soft boiled egg. I will make a 4 through 8 minute egg and show you what the spectrum of soft boiled eggs look like. Start with boiling water, then add your eggs, reduce to a simmer, and start TIMING! I will also demonstrate how you can make avocado toast and add a 6 minute soft boiled egg!
