Hello may I ask what do it mean when embassy tell you your Case was sent to the USCIS with Recommendation for revocation it's for a K1 visa and check USCIS case status it say Department of State Sent Case to USCIS For Review?

Can we apply for a spouse visa right away after getting married or do we need yo live together first for 2 years? And also show proof like joint accounts, shared properties? Or even have kids?

My fiance and I had originally planned on applying for a K-1 visa for her and then getting married in the US. But if I understand this video correctly we could get married in Mexico and apply for a Spousal Visa (marriage green card) instead? Is there a special process to follow to have a foreign marriage recognized in the US? Thanks for this video - short but extremely helpful, especially in these times of extreme delays.

My petition is documentary qualified. My petition moved NVC to US Dhaka embassy before adding my joint sponsor. Now how can I add joint sponsor at embassy? I applied to US Embassy Dhaka to re-open DS 260 for Joint Sponsorship in February 1st week. But still not unlocked DS 260. What should I do?

Hello sir my interview was on February 17th. But unfortunately I didn't get visa. My visa is incomplete now. It's administrative processing now. Category F4 visa.Mumbai embassy . Can you please tell me how long time will take for admistrative processing completed?
