Yeti 30oz rambler. I keep this cup with me 24/7. I take it with me to work and on my days off I keep it right beside me the whole time. I've personally tried cheaper knock off brands before but was disappointed when it didn't keep the ice from melting. I couldn't find just a steel version like mine in the video but this is cheapest yeti I found and Amazon might offer you a combination with the lid/straw combo and handle which is Cheaper so I recommend that but if it doesn't I have attached links To the lid/straw combo and handle.

The table-mate I have is no longer offered as I've had mine for 6 years, which tells me it has gotten its money's worth. I found one like mine and a cheaper one that doesn't have a cup holder and is white. I will attach both links.

I was diagnosed with Friedreich's ataxia in 1994 at the age of 12.
Friedreich's ataxia is an inherited disorder that affects some of the body's nerves. It is caused by a gene defect that is inherited from both parents. Symptoms generally start between 5 and 20 years of age and can include trouble walking, fatigue, changes in sensation, and slowed speech.
