OKAY. All of you talking about the graphics please please be quiet the game is an mmo. You have to tone down the graphics for everyone's PC to play it properly. Besides a majority of the previous TES games haven't even been with good graphics. I am counting the older ones as well because if you are going to say that this game won't live up to the TES "honor" then you are dead wrong. Most of you saying this probably haven't even played morrowind(the best one)(your just basing it off skyrim the most recent one as well as the most graphically pleasing)! This has the potential of being one of the greatest mmo's of all time!(I have played all of them) I have extreme love for this series but I don't like the unnecessary hate its getting for no reason.

0:35 the first time I saw that, I was like: "A fucking blunderbuss!?"
Then I checked that scene again and again and again (it's nearly impossible to have a decent look at it), only to discover it was a one-handed crossbow.

Guys this is an mmo, not elder scrolls 6. Stop getting so hung up over graphics. Personally These are by far the best graphics and aesthetics I've ever seen in an mmo. Granted the animations could use some work, the rest of it looks great in my opinion. don't get what you guys are saying about frame rate, seemed to only be a problem when there were like TONS of players which is to be expected.

Also, the strength of a game, especially an mmo, should not be judged solely by it's graphics but more on it's game-play. That's what will decide if it's good. I've played it quite a bit and I can honestly say it's also the most fun I've ever had in an mmo. 

Last thing, your mad because cyrodiil doesn't look anything like it did in oblivion, think about this. It's a thousand years ago plus it's the main battle scene for all of tamriel, plus according to lore cyrodiil has been rebuilt many times because of war so obviously its not going to look architecturally like oblivion. Landscape-wise, of what I saw in beta it largely resembles oblivion right down to the large open spaces.

Also, just thought it was funny how you guys are simultaneously complaining about both frame-rate and too low-detailed characters xD for those of you who don't know anything about game design, the more detailed the characters, the lower the frame rate. You might as well be telling them that the chicken is both burnt and undercooked.

To anyone who reads this: If you see a negative comment about this game, stop and ask yourself why you want to respond. They're just bitching and are probably going to cave and buy the game. And even if they don't, nothing you say will convince them to buy the game. So let the haters hate and don't try to convince them to play, because, in all honesty, do you really want to convince a hater to play a game he already was bitching about?

Armor looks nice. Proper 1st person perspective - I like. Apparently severe drops in framerate when a few dozen players are in a scene, which according to their advertising should not be such a problem. I hope they're still working on that. I still don't like how tender Orc and Khajiit faces look - like there are 'human' genes in the mix. Might be a model complexity thing though. We won't be getting Skyrim character detail in an MMO. The landscapes look complexity-reduced, too, though.
My personal criteria for deciding whether it's fun is role playing and a crafting system that allows focus on crafting as a profession. They should build on the system from Skyrim so that there will be items of all kinds of quality available, depending on the crafter's skill.
I don't think it will satisfy those expectations.
