How do you exercise when fasting for 16 hours ? Do you need to exercise post the fast ? Im concerned I would get light headed when swimming, walking or a gym workout . Any tips on this?

Ayurveda says IF is great, but skipping dinner a couple of times a week rather than breakfast is better.

Think the arguments for veganism are more spurious than he lets on. There are lots of components in meat that support brain health Beyond omega 3s. B vitamins, carnitine, creatine, cholesterol are only really found in meat and when they are lacking in the diet it has been shown that it can be quite deleterious. I would be a bit more hesitant to recommend veganism for brain health. Regardless I loved the interview, certainly inspired me to use gps/satnav less. Cheers!
