This is a big problem with lens. You should return your phone. It causes when wire for stabilisation is broken. It is a faulty unit, and should be returned.
My friend wroks in Samsung service and they admitted that this is problem.

I returned mine and get new one without any sounds.

We need a class action against Samsung.

Samsung has been feeding us lies for years. There are a lot of people with defective lens and they keep telling them it's normal. In a lot of cases it's not normal. My phone has been repaired twice, every time the rattle comes back really loud. It goes away when you use 10x zoom but that does not prove that it is not defective. Also, when you record a video you hear the rattle which is INSANE for a company to say that's normal. We need to group together and blast Samsung on this....

NOTE: It's normal if you hear a SLIGHT rattle when you AGGRESSIVLEY shake the phone, but if you hear the rattle from rotating your phone then you have a defective lens.

Good luck working with Samsung warranty.
This is utter BS for a flagship phone.
This is utter BS customer service from one of the biggest cell phone brands.

A phone that rattles loud when you slightly shake the phone is NOT NORMAL.

When I zoom in my 3x camera will lstart violently shaking for a second or 3 and my selfie camera does the same
