Pregnancy tests detect the level of hCG to determine if you're pregnant. While your body may have started discharging hCG hormone at 11 DPO, the levels may still be low. Hence, an 11 DPO test may still be very early to determine the confirmation for some women. You can even get a negative test at this point. So, it's best to wait until after a missed period for accurate results. If you still see a negative and are sure you're pregnant, visit your doctor to determine your pregnancy.
