The South African Correctional Services Workers Union wants those who gave inmates access to cellphones to be investigated and punished. This comes after a video went viral on social media showing an inmate boasting about free education, rent and food. SACWU media officer Alude Jizana weighs in

They must it Mandatory that Prison Warden's must go each 3/6 months for a Lie Detector Test and face consequences, if he/ she can't pass it or fails 3 Tests in a Row😮

There is cell phones in the cells because inmates do not have working public phones to contact family and friends- jails do not have working public phones…..
But jail is where all the deviants of society gets together and crime breed innovation - there are a few who would like to stick to the rules but there is no consistency in the application of internal regulation and rights.
