I 100% recommend getting another tracker for calibration via openvr continuous calibration. I use a Q2 with a tracker mounted on the head and never need to worry about the figure 8 or drifting over time anymore

i literally cannot use fbt with a quest i have to spend hours fiddling with the stupid apps and something always just doesnt work and i need to recalibrate for like 2 minutes and then vrcft has to kick me out then it messes up my calibration so i literally just give up i cannot use face tracking with fbt

I have the application on but face tracking doesn't work
It pops up that application. I opened VR chat and nothing.
I opened that little menu on VR Chat. And start up everything
And my character's face just. Turns off

Exactly the same setup I'll be having, switching to a quest pro from my Index and found very little explaining the best way to start up with calibration, how often do you need to recalibrate in this way? Do you think it's worth getting an extra tracker for the headset for continuous calibration?

bit of an odd question, but how do you get a comfortable fit with the pro? I can wear my quest 2 nearly the whole day but after 5 minutes of the pro I start feeling really uncomfortable and have to take it off

Bruh your calibration gonna be all fucked up and drifty af using fast calibration and not moving around the space during calibration. To each his own but that's only going to be acceptable in exactly the same place you calibrated it facing the same direction
