That's an excellent drill to keep the stinkin shoulders on the proper plane, amazing contact should be the holy grail in this stinkin game. Your soothing voice keeps me in the proper trim; which is nice. Thanks

Great video Troy. Why do you think most golfers are not taught this properly and don't have it drilled into them until they get it right? It has taken me so, so long to realise the importance of spine tilt and in particular having the right shoulder in the right place at impact and then continuing to rotate shoulders through impact. Get the shoulders moving correctly and everything else seems to take care of itself. But so much of coaching (online and in person) seems to focus on other things instead. A really high proportion of golfers I see seem to lose their tilt during the swing. And it also seems that most golfers are trying to guide the club towards the ball rather than just relying on moving the body correctly....
