What looked like his grandmother in the passenger seat and about 4 little children in the backseat. I wanted to help but didn’t know what to do. I trailed them until he exited. I prayed they made. They had New York plates. He had to be sitting on something. I know his neck was tired, trying to see over the dash. Simply amazing
