Dude somehow this simple video is AMAZING and it helped me so much, I realized that whenever I have pitch issues I'm flat for sure, and the way you explained it, how the voice likes to sit lower, made just so much sense. What I realized helps me which might help others is that when singing I literally picture the notes sliding upwards.
