Anybody know how the packout foam comes? Is it just one 2" thick foam piece? Or is it 2-3 pieces of the 2" foam?

Good info. I do handy man jobs... I hate to use that term because people assume I am a hack. The thing is, I have a mechanics tool box, plumbing tote, plumbing tool box, and then I have a Craftsman bag that I throw other things in, and it is just a chore every time I go on a job. Sorting the tools out into 3 different boxes made it easier, but the plumbing and mechanics boxes weigh a ton. If I dfont bring the mechanics box, I always end up needing it. The plumbing box was a one dollar buy at an auction... the top is split, has a handle on each side and folds together to grab. It is ancient and weighs a ton... probably should get one of the new ones. Painful to spend to drop the coin. It would be easier to carry and lighter.
