What is the Title of 'Kini Ang Akong Suliran' Theme?

The mysterious music background for "Kini Ang Akong Suliran" drama intro aired over DYHP since the 1980s. Perhaps, only the series' original musical spinner knows its title. It sounds like an Ennio Morricone composition, the string section a bit similar in arrangement to the soundtrack pieces "Chi Mai" and "Le Vent Le Cri & Tulips".

To overhear this music from a neighbor's radio brings back memories of childhood. Do you know its title? I would like very much to hear the whole version of this theme.

I've made a lot of research and finally found it. It's Merci Cherie, I read blogs, threads etc. Here's the Portion from wikipedia.com "Merci, Chérie" ("Thank you, darling") was the winning song in the Eurovision Song Contest 1966. Performed for Austria by Udo Jürgens with lyrics in German—despite the French words of the title. It is an earnest ballad in which the singer, as he leaves her, thanks his lover for good times and positive memories. It remains Austria's only winning song in the contest.
The song was performed ninth on the night, following Portugal's Madalena Iglésias with "Ele e ela" and preceding Sweden's Lill Lindfors and Svante Thuresson with "Nygammal vals". The final points tally for "Mercie, Chérie" was 31, securing it first place at the head of an 18-entry field.
The song was succeeded as contest winner in 1967 by Sandie Shaw singing "Puppet on a String" for the United Kingdom, and as Austrian entry in that year by "Warum es hunderttausend Sterne gibt", performed by Peter Horten.

Its been 10 years I haven't listened to this bisayan drama" kini akung suliran" this is one of my favorite drama since I was in the Philippines.
