Will Citadel be charged under the RICO act?

The DOJ is currently deciding whether to persecute short sellers under the RICO act, the RICO act relates to Racketeering and was used to tie criminal gangs like the mafia to a 'criminal organisation' to persecute all players under one lawsuit.

This would be the perfect way to tie not only Citadel, but all other manipulative short sellers like Melvin Capital together in one lawsuit.

RICO charges are also punishable by up to 20 years in prison and therefore, are not used lightly. RICO charges are often only bought if the DOJ is 100% sure they can get a conviction.

Sadly, due to the FUD and/or lack of DD associated with these other individuals in recent weeks, I have dropped that down to you, Trey and NYAngelo. Everyone else, including the self-proclaimed mastermind of the AMC short situation, has devolved into FUD; moreover, when seeing the "mastermind" get angry at people like you, or others who actually question his rationale, it begs the question: why get angry unless you're hiding something?
