for anyone looking to fix it, look if you are using a proxy server. to do this press the windows icon in the bottem left corner. then go to settings. then network and internet, and finally go to proxy. there disable use a proxy server. this worked for me hopefully it works for other people to.

Guys contact your WiFi provider. My epic games was accidentally marked as a virus. I just called them and they fixed it in 5 minutes.

if it still didnt work if u downlaod proton vpn and connect to it then restart your epic games it works that wat happened for me
