i as a Jew believe this too...He now is my Messiah and personal best friend, I also shared this with my bubie Yiddish grandma in Boston and she prayed, to be forgiven of sin and let Yeshua/Jesus into her heart...and came to know Him too...how wonderful...thanks...it's not actually forbidden but it is forgotten...

I love everything about this! Isaiah 52:13-53:12 is the most precious passage to me in all of Scripture. Every time I read it, I cannot deny that it is speaking of Yeshua, my Messiah, and am struck by just how He suffered for me so I could be redeemed. Thank you so much for bearing such a winsome witness to my people. No one has to give up their Jewish identity and heritage to believe in Yeshua. His love is better than life itself, and I will speak of His salvation as long as I live.

Hi Linda... My understanding of Zechariah 12v10. First of all I quote it: "And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn." Both "me" and "him" are used in Zechariah and both apply to the same person, as does the "him" in John 19v37: "And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced." That "him" in Zechariah is prophetic of Jesus. Throughout verses 9&10 of Zechariah, it is undoubtedly God who is speaking. "They shall look upon me whom they have pierced" refers to His knowledge of what will come to pass. "They shall mourn for him..." describes what will come to pass from the point of view of the people who shall indeed mourn for the One who was pierced.

I lead my employer to the LORD this way 20 years ago. After 20 yeas of getting nowhere. I read him that chapter and asked Him who it was talking about. He Said, "Jesus of course but that is from you new testament. When I showed him he was floored and didn't understand why he never heard that is the synagogue. After telling him all about sacrifices and sin he accepted him right there and then.

May the God of Israel continue to lift the veil  from their eyes regarding this forbidden chapter that they might see Him.  Such a wonderful and blessed video.

It's amazing how you can see the spirit of God in people. When he mentions Jesus his face lights up and you can see the joy. Amazing when people testify about the LORD, especially to the Hebrew people. Awesome video.

I don't know why, but whenever I hear Isaiah 53 read in the ancient Hebrew, I cry like a baby...

I said "It's not allowed" because I heard from my teacher that in the Jewish Library in Israel or some other place I forgot where, the Commentary of Isaiah 53 was not on the shelves. If this was a wrong information, I apologize, but I didn't lie. What I heard I just shared, not in the bad sense, but to tell others that it's so sad if it's not allowed to read Isaiah 53. That's my motivation. No hard feeling against anybody. I'm sorry.

Isaiah 43:11   I, only I, AM HASHEM and there is no deliverer aside from ME!

The people of Israel were all over the world, separated. Some of them found Yeshua outside of the land of Israel. They came back in Israel already knowing that Jesus is the Messiah :) How wonderful is the mercy of God! Blessed be the Holy Trinity!

Hi, only seeing all this now as was away on a long journey... which coincidentally was very much about peace... on a personal level. I lived through turbulent times when I was younger in N. Ireland. There were 'tit for tat' murders everywhere & we lived in fear, as a family, that we would be next... Talking of geneology, my brother has our family traced back 400 years... you see there are traditionally 2 warring factions here. But when individuals from either side ask Jesus into their hearts... the result is truly amazing. He can bring peace between Planter & Gael, & Jews/Muslims/Gentiles + warring tribes all across the world... like no one else could ever do. This week I broke down and cried tears of joy because of a certain encounter in my own life. Look, for example, at what happens in the life of a Muslim who asks Jesus into his heart (and there have been many in recent years). On a personal level, my Lord, my Creator (and yes I believe in one God) has given me a love for my fellow mankind that excels anything I ever thought possible. If someone has wronged me in the past, I believe that judgement belongs to Him and I leave it with Him. I just love that person in Him and pray for him. Only His indwelling Presence in my heart can give me a love for my traditional enemy, in the knowledge that judgement ultimately belongs to Him. He works on the hearts and minds of individuals... like no one else could ever do.

Isaiah 41:8  But you, O Israel, MY servant, Jacob, you whom I have chosen, offspring of Abraham who loved ME-you whom I shall grasp from the ends of the earth and summon from among all its nobleman, and to whom I will say, 'You are my servant-I have chosen you and not rejected you!"
