In this video, I only used the last swatch of each object that I placed. It's basically the inverse of the Default Swatch Build Challenge in The Sims 4.

Also: This is a starter home with one bedroom and one bathroom. There's a TV and a computer, so all your Sims' needs are covered.

Stats: lot size: 20x15, costs: 18 264 simoleons, base game only.
