I been painting for 23 years. For walls I recommend using Sherwin Williams Super Paint in a satin finish. It’s scrubbable unlike a flat or eggshell finish and it’s not too glossy. A big bonus for saving time is I can usually do all my cut in work in one coat (depending on color) and it doesn’t flash right away when you have to go over an area you just painted. It also does a great job blending in on any touch up work in the future. The house is looking good! I can’t wait to see it finished. Best wishes!

Awesome work Sir. That aint a house, it's a compound. Most awesome . Talk her into carpet in the bedrooms, even a glue down. That will save on heating cost. Hardwood look great in the " Great Room " . I retired from flooring. It'd a been a pleasure to pull up to a job like that... Nice work !!!
