By my calculations, Blocky killed Ice Cube 222, 435 times using the prank from BFDI 8, based on the intervals between Ice Cube's deaths seen at the start of BFDI 9. If we instead use the intervals from the end of BFDI 8, so once per second, that would be 2, 669, 220. This makes his kill count somewhere either 225, 281 or 2, 672, 066.
Edit: Can you _not_ ask about Bubble and Firey? Bubble was confirmed to have been killed by Blocky 2, 763 times in BFB 17. As for Firey, it is absolutely impossible to calculate how many times Blocky killed him.
