Neuvillette is the first easiest character that can go with 300% CDMG without constellation gimmick. With his signature and his BiS artifact MH, those number is realistically doable. As expected from Hydro Sovereign, he's that crazy.

I find it odd when players say that ER rolls are such a waste when elem burst uptime is so important for Neuvillette as it increases his field time when you can burst every rotation. This is an amazing build for him.

People focusing too much on his crit dmg rather than his max HP. I tried higher HP and and lower his crit dmg and his dmg output is a lot better than you think.

I would like to point out that C2 lets you get an extra 42% crit damage. You get an extra 14% always when he is on feild. And you just need two other hydro reactions to get the full 42%. So yeah its a 99/343

He only has under 30k HP though, including his C2 he'd probably be better with an HP mask than having 343% crit damage

At that point, I wouldn’t be surprised if the build would do more damage by replacing some crit dmg rolls for HP%. There’s barely any HP% rolls in that build.

to have context, signature gives 88% CD + 50% basekit + 38% lvl 90 character + artifacts (if you use CD hat its +62%. So minimum 50+38+88=176% +62(hat) 238% to get 300% you need 62 more, and 4 pieces remaining, 62/4=15, 5% each piece, not much, then some CR, like 10% or so each piece and you have around 50% CR +5% basekit. So, with good artifacts, not god, you can easily get at least 50/300 crit i dont have his signature sadly, i have to save for Furina, but when the rerun come, i will pull for it, still decent without his signature

Context i use lost prayer

I have over like the 224 CDMG and around 30k HP (wanderers troupe) AND IT HAS THE SAME DAMAGE as about 300 CDMG 30k HP marechausse hunter set (i chose wanderers to get consistent crits, marechausse just makes it harder for me to crit, especially it needs a ramp up time and crit higher ratio)
