Vet tech here, at 24:30ish what Cedric is doing with the toy is called "self soothing", which is a repetitive action that helps a dog calm down when they're feeling anxious or overstimulated. I bet all the travelling and running around the hotels finally caught up with him! Totally normal for a dog to do, Cedric will be just fine 😁
