I loved the scene where Godzilla suplexed Kong. True cinema right there.

There are SO MANY scenes where the monsters are on screen and you can make up your own dialogue for them. I love how expressive they made the Titans in this unlike a certain big budget film made by Disney involving animals..

When Master Chief picked up Godzilla and started firing needles out of Godzilla's mouth until the Skar King exploded, I cheered.

It's kind of unfortunate to hear that Godzilla doesn't get as much of the spotlight, but I'm glad he was still an absolute badass. Also, who the fuck brings a baby to a Monster movie, let alone a theater?!

I also like how Kong gives a lot of Kratos vibes from the Norse God of War games.

I hope Godzilla and Kong get their own solo movies after this. This reminded me of my childhood back in 2007 when Transformers premiered in theaters. I'll go watch it again.

This was big budget Showa, and I'm all for it. Some moments were hilarious, and the surprise kaiju was very welcome. Wish there was more of Godzilla, and I agree it didn't stick the landing as well as I hoped, but I still had a great time with it.

Honestly, I think Godzilla was a beast in this film. Like I really enjoyed him. They really showed why he was the king. He was agro the whole movie and didn’t lose. I think that was the big thing for me is that he cooked hard and dropped so many titans. It was dope.

This movie was ridiculous and stupid. I loved every second of it.

Although, as a godzilla fannoy more than a kong Stan, I do wish that at the very least the Goji fights would've been a bit longer. I know that the film makers either don't know how, or haven't figured out how to make the audience... emote? With Goji, but it's ok. I loved the movie.

I get that a lot of Godzilla fans were unhappy with G being made second fiddle, but I'd take that over Legendary straight up abandoning him and the MV being nothing but Kong all the time.

I loved it. Definitely agree with the ending, it didn't hold up to the rest of the film, but it was still good enough not to have me walk away from the cinema disappointed.
I'm actually quite glad that Godzilla was used sparingly, since I feel like he's best used like that. Have him shine bright in specific key moments, just to make his impact feel that much more satisfying to see.

I liked the movie. It's annoying that the enlightened youtubers think these movies serve no purpose and that Legendary and Toho dont agree with the love for these kind of movies. I'm sick of that.

I agree with the ending being anti-climactic because of the transition. “I was just like… hmmm 🤔 okay”.

I really feel like they just add Godzilla name to the title to bring people. When it should just be named Kong The New Empire. And then like have Godzilla appear in the background cause it's a shared world, to build up to the end of the movie. Cause it really doesn't feel like a Godzilla and Kong movie. Godzilla v Kong did at least feel like a movie for both.
