Fury won 4 of the middle rounds, Usyk won the rest, most importantly, Fury did not just stop what he was doing correctly because he felt overconfident, he was exhausted and could not keep up with Usyk's pace, hence he lost his boxing form

Just as a correction to Shawn’s comment, this is the fourth rematch of Tyson’s career not the second. The others being Chisora who he fought three times and McDermott who many believe won their first fight. It will be the second time he’s fought an immediate rematch though.

Fury has always been nervous of Usyk. He doesn’t like fighting mobile smaller men and he knows he’s the superior technician. If he puts it on him at this point that’s risky as his punch resistance has diminished. He may try to spoil and keep this at range but controlling the distance against Usyk is easier said than done.
