Nice! Glad you got that set, I'm surprised you weren't able to find it in store. I was able to find it here, except for the Skyline. But, I definitely like the 350Z. I think the Porsche still has a plastic base, but I could be wrong. I know Mattel also used it in the Neon Speeders and it has a plastic one there, so usually if it is plastic in one series it'll be reused the same. Metal bases are found in silver series cars when they have not yet been retooled for plastic versions and or are have been used in other sets currently as metal bases. At least that's what I've seen as patterns over the years. I could be wrong.

Yip, I agree with you, this set was underwhelming!
I would say Dom's set is a little more desirable than this one. Somehow these Silver series F&F sets are not hitting the mark, what's your take on it?
