The second part of our Visit of Angkor Thom.We visit the rest of the capital of the Khmer Empire. We visit the impressive temple of Bayon with the huge faces overlooking from the towers of the temple.Also we visit Tah Prom, the temple which became famous through the movie Tomb Raider. An impressive scenery where the temple has become one with nature as the trees have grown through the walls of the temple.
Angkor Wat is the biggest of a series of temples belonging to the capital of the Cambodian Khmer dynasty which used to rule all over the peninsula of Indochina.
We saw Angkor Wat during the morning when the sun rises behind the main temple. This is spectacular and if you happen to be there, make this sacrifice and get up early in the morning to experience it.
