Diastolic dysfunction grade 2 pattern pseudo normal, filling pressure elevated, EF is not sufficient to assess systolic function in this case, we need to practice speckle tracking.

if the dopplor and measurement information is not available. How would one identify an abnormal diastolic dysfunction qualitatively by simply looking at apical four or two chamber view or subcostal view at early stage where the structure look completely normal. offcourse raise LAP and LVEDP are associated with diastolic dysfunction but again this is measurement.
