There was an offside before the position. That number #9 of Germany was on offside position before receiving the ball and passing the ball to Musiala to take the shot. Rewatch the 112:50 where it shows the replay at perfect angle.

Definitely a hand ball. So obvious, it's sad.
I've seen referees give penalties for far less obvious handballs than that one. VAR should have overruled the referee. It is really not the refs fault either, tough to see in normal speed. Just so sad to see this horrible call in such a big game.

It shouldn't have been a penalty because the ball was going in the net. Germany should have been awarded an automatic goal, no penalty needed. All the players stopped playing because they knew it was a handball (see their reaction). Shot on goal... get your hand out of the way. The off-side excuse is for dummies (see the lines man dummy).

There was an obvious previous offside and the German player used his hand when controlling the ball. No one talks about the penalti on Morata nor how Kross shouldn’t had made it further than 10 minutes into the game.

There is no penalty because there is previous offside of a german player. Additionally, Tony kross should have seen the Red card on the first half. German players were allowed a lot of hursh and illegal contact with no punishment. Nagelsmann doesn't talk about all this?
