Found this setting on my own and till then, no pixelated stream and suddenly crappy soundquality. 31/05/21 ! Do this if u have that problems! Stay healthy

People giving advice on youtube without knowing what that option actually does. Disabling the option have opposite impact on streaming because it uses software encoding rather than hardware encoding which is going to result in bad performance overall.
