The market cap thing has been debunked many times. XRPs market cap goes up many multiples the amount of actual money that flows into it.

Technically XRP could hit $10, 000, but the amount of value put on the XRPL would have to be a lot. Like the entire global real estate market tokenized on the XRPL. But even adding $300 trillion in value onto XRPL it would make the base value at $3000 each. We're going to need around 900 trillion of value put on chain to see 10K XRP.
