ya'll do what she says and see your dermatologist for some finacea (azaleic acid). I used it during both my pregnancies and that stuff is amazing!

Personally, I actually find that azelaic acid is more effective than salicylic acid as a spot treatment. Less irritation/dryness too!

Have you heard any concerns about licorice root extract in products being an issue in pregnancy? A lot of products have it now but I’m not sure how safe it is due to so many conflicting answers I’ve found!
